„Oraşele studcntesti“, as* sînt numite complexele de clădiri (cămine, cantine) con struite in ultimii ani în diferite centre universitare din K. P. Romtnă. Blocurile cu 5 etaje, aşezate în evantai (~fan“) adăpostesc căminele studenţilor prevăzute cu tot con fortul: între el se află cantina la care se serveşte o masă consistentă. Asemenea com plexe studentesti pot fi intîlnite la Cluj. de unde imaginea alăturată redă o vedere par ţială a noului complex „B. P. tfasdeu”, la laşi si in alte centre universitare. In ultimii 3 ani s-au construit pentru studenţi cămine cu 18.200 de locuri şi cantine pentru 16.000 de persoane. In 1963 numărul locurilor la cantine a crescut cu aproape 7.000.
